Students from VIA FERRATA and restaurant dessert apprentices from the Médéric school (Paris hotel school) worked together to create 11 pairs, each imagining a dessert and its support inspired by the Arte Povera exhibition at the Bourse de Commerce in Paris.
The initiative of getting potential future artists and future chefs to work together created a veritable communication vessel between their initially distinct worlds. These young people, whose backgrounds and fields of study were not naturally destined to intersect, found in this project a space for exchange and mutual enrichment.
