Student Affairs Office
The Student Affairs Office is the main point of contact for students regarding matters relating to their administrative and academic enrolment and student life.
The Student Affairs Office is open Monday to Friday from 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm.
Outside these hours, enquiries can be sent by email to service.scolarite[at]beauxartsparis.fr (please allow at least 72 hours for a response).

Students are provided with an @beauxartparis.fr email address.
This address is used by the administration for all communications or information relating to the student’s academic record or life at the School. It enables students to receive emails and also to access other digital platforms such as the intranet, the library’s databases and collections, etc.
Beaux-Arts de Paris news
News relating to academic, professional and cultural matters is published on the Beaux-Arts de Paris’s websites, intranet and social media channels. Links to these can be found at the bottom of this page.
Information on work placements and job vacancies, competitive examinations and residencies, the cultural programme, and news about the School’s young artists and lecturers is also sent by email to addresses ending in @beauxartsparis.fr.
