Congratulations to Claire Tabouret, a graduate of the Beaux-Arts de Paris, chosen to create the contemporary stained glass windows for Notre-Dame de Paris in association with the Simon-Marq master glassworkers' workshop.

After interviewing the candidates and highlighting the very high quality of the projects, the artistic committee chaired by Bernard Blistène expressed its preference for the application from the Claire Tabouret group and the workshops of master glassmaker Simon-Marq. The President of the Republic and the Archbishop of Paris have given their approval to this choice. The stained-glass windows should be installed by the end of 2026.

Born in 1981 in Pertuis, France, and a 2006 graduate of the Beaux-Arts de Paris, Claire Tabouret is one of the most recognized artists of her generation, exhibiting her work worldwide. Her work has been acquired by major collections and museums in France, the United States and China.
