Congratulations to Wei Libo, Florian Mermin, Alexandre Nitzsche Cysne, Paola Siri Renard and Eugénie Touzé, winners of the 2026 Art Écoconception Prize alongside seven other artists.
The Art Écoconception Prize was created by the Art of Change 21 association with the aim of raising awareness of environmental and climate issues within the French art scene, supporting it in its ecological transition, and enabling it to anticipate the major changes ahead.
Each year, the Art Écoconception Prize recognises and supports 12 contemporary artists in reducing their environmental impact, offering a bespoke programme lasting several days at the Palais de Tokyo, led by experts in the environment, carbon footprints and eco-design specialising in art, as well as by artists already committed to environmental initiatives. Each winner also receives a grant of €1,000 at the end of their support programme.
Organised in partnership with Palais de Tokyo and supported by the Ministry of Culture and ADEME, the Prize has already supported 36 winning artists in 2023, 2024 and 2025.
