The Contemporary Drawing Prize, presented on 24 June 2026, was awarded to Jeanne Bastien, a fifth-year student in Agnès Geoffray’s studio. She receives a cash prize awarded by the association Les Amateurs de dessins des Beaux-Arts de Paris, which is also acquiring one of her works for the Beaux-Arts de Paris to enrich its collection of contemporary drawings.
An exhibition dedicated to the four finalists – Jeanne Bastien, Lenna Carleton, Nahia Gregoire and Arthi Pauly-Bertonneau – was held on Wednesday 24 and Thursday 25 June 2026 at Beaux-Arts de Paris.
In 2026, for this 13th edition, the jury, chaired by Stanislas d’Alburquerque, comprised Matthieu de Boisséson, Florence Guerlain, Cecilia Hottinguer, Lauren Laz, Laurie Marty de Cambiaire, Camille d’Ormesson, Bénédicte de Puyfontaine and Daniel Thierry.
Award Selection Committee: Daniel Guerlain, François Hennessy, Nicolas Joly, Sandrine Ladrière, Jack McNiven, Sylvie Prouté-Tocci and Hélène Gasnault.
Established in 2013 by the association Les Amateurs de dessins des Beaux-Arts de Paris, the Contemporary Drawing Prize aims to encourage and support young artists. It is awarded annually to a fourth- or fifth-year student at the Beaux-Arts de Paris.
