For the start of the new academic year, beginning in October 2026, three artists and two faculty members will join the teaching staff at the Beaux-Arts de Paris.
Katinka Bock and Myriam Mihindou each lead a studio. Led by renowned artists, the studio is a space for artistic practice, creation, and experimentation where students of all levels come together, combining personalized attention with a collective spirit of exchange.
Sébastien Lifshitz has been invited to Clément Cogitore’s studio for the first semester of the 2026–2027 academic year.
Barbara Glowczewski and Mohamed Amer Meziane have been invited to lead a one-semester seminar. The research seminar provides a space for critical thinking, intellectual production, and theoretical experimentation. It supports students’ artistic practice by grounding it in in-depth reflection. Its goal is to structure and deepen their personal artistic projects from a research-oriented perspective.
Ségolène Liautaud will teach a course on art theory and history and lead a research seminar, replacing Christian Joschke, who was recently appointed Professor of Contemporary Art History at the Department of Art History and Archaeology at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University. The École des Beaux-Arts de Paris warmly congratulates him on this appointment.
