Stéphane Calais, the students of the Beaux-Arts de Paris and the bouquinistes
From June 1 to 10 - Between the Pont Neuf and the Pont du Louvre
On the occasion of the Parcours Saint-Germain, students from the Beaux-Arts de Paris express themselves on the boxes of the bookshops on the quays of the Seine. Coordinated by artist and studio head Stéphane Calais, this project offers a creative, free and daring exhibition to give full visibility to the booksellers and alert to their precarious situation in times of pandemic.
The fifteen student artists: Andreas Février, Arthur Dujols-Luquet, Helena Fourmont, Diego Garcia Lara, Alexis Gavriloff, Catherine Iskandar, Nino Kapanadze, Constance Lafonta, Enzo Meglio, Anna Oarda, Yacine Ouelhadj, Alice,Malo Chapuy, Gillian Genries, Domitille Siergé .

The bouquinistes of Paris are open-air booksellers of old and second-hand books, present on the quays of the Seine, offering nearly 300,000 books, as well as a large number of prints, magazines, collector's cards.
