Salomé Botella, a 2025 graduate, presents her book Pas si tant (Not So Much) published by Éditions de L'Ogre, as a series of snapshots of rural life drawn from the author's personal experience, who grew up in Creuse before leaving to study Fine Arts in Paris.

The narrative is distinguished by its lucid and tender writing style, imbued with oral tradition, which seeks to restore a unique voice, that of a generation rarely represented in literature: a voice that is not content with clichés about the countryside but recounts the places, ways of speaking and ways of doing things that structure these lives.
