Comment s’entretenir, 2024
Performance, 15 min
Oscillating between a friendly dialogue, a professional interview or a guided tour of an exhibition, the two artists tackle a wide variety of eclectic subjects in a performance: the modalities of competitions, the archive and the collection, success and failure.
Emmanuel van der Elst is a 5th-year student in Emmanuelle Huynh's studio; Margot Bernard is a graduate (Julien Sirjacq and Julien Prévieux studios).
8:15pm | Lisa Lecuivre and Simon Deterre
Maman ?
Performance, 15 min
“By studying the corpus of pieces in the exhibition, Lisa Lecuivre has created her own theory:
Everything has been written. This is her mother drawn in charcoal by artist Etcheverry!
“She feels it. Etcheverry, her mother, 1888, the Beaux-Arts, it's all connected.”
In reference to Etcheverry's charcoal of 1888. Lisa Lecuivre is in the studios of Dove Allouche and Julien Prévieux; Simon Deterre, in the studio of Dove Allouche.
