It's back to school time for VIA FERRATA's new students (Nanda Devi class).

They were lucky enough to be welcomed by the teaching staff in the school's magnificent Amphithéâtre d'Honneur, under Paul Delaroche's work ‘Le Génie des arts entouré des artistes de tous les temps distribuant des couronnes’, painted between 1836 and 1841 (Link to the description of this work).

The day continued with a tour of the emblematic sites of the fine arts in Paris: the chapel, the library, the morphology amphitheatre, the Loges building, the Palais des études and the Palais des expositions.

Students also discovered their practical art workshops at the school's two sites, in Paris and Saint-Ouen.

In addition to theoretical, technical and practical courses, students have been offered a wide range of visits and projects from the very first weeks of the year, including visits to the Domaine de Chamarande, the MAC-VAL in Vitry-sur-Seine and the Centre Pompidou in Paris, an art and commitment conference at the Carrousel du Louvre, a partnership with the Mains d'œuvres art centre in Saint-Ouen, and much more!

We wish you every success, curiosity and discovery with this new class!
