The School continues its ecological transition and confirms its commitment by joining LA RÉSERVE DES ARTS (LRDA).

The Beaux-Arts de Paris has just completed the restoration of one of the most precious works in its collections: the Trinité aux Chanoines, painted for the canons of Notre-Dame de Paris by the Master of Dunois in the first half of the 15th century. This exceptional work is today one of the three rare surviving examples of Parisian painting from the first half of the 15th century, along with the Last Judgment in the Musée des Arts Décoratifs and the Jouvenel des Ursins Family in the Musée de Cluny.

The artist Haegue Yang creates installations composed of photographs, videos and sculptural elements from her philosophical and political research. Responding to the places where she exhibits, she creates new in-situ installations integrating both the architecture of the exhibition space and the materials collected around it. Her refined yet singular vision of materiality, combined with an elegant sense of space and atmosphere, contribute to the development of enveloping and resonant installations.

France

HERVÉ

Born in 1967 in Bourges, attached to Brittany. She lives and works in Paris and New Zealand (permanent resident since 1996).

Performer (dance, theater, voice), choreographer and director, she is the author of several NZ award winning pieces, tuning the text to the perception/integration of movement (body, stage furniture, lights, sound and virtual landscapes). Without genre bias, her experience also includes musical theater, opera, street theater, radio, film, television and concerts.

Stimulated by research, director and visual artist, France regularly collaborates in performative projects -in situ- with painters, architects, poets, musicians, art galleries and museums. She is resolutely interested in moments where disciplines and techniques combine, respond to each other and, through play, reinvent their contours.

France has led several workshops on the 'Performative Body', since the creation of Via Ferrata in 2016. She currently teaches at the Ecole Supérieure de Théâtre d'Asnières ESCA.

The Beaux-Arts de Paris is pleased to partner with POUSH for the Felicità exhibition outside the walls, for the second consecutive year. Felicità Au milieu des Choses brings together thirty-five Félicités artists in 2020 and 2021. The works imagined to take over the 1 800 square meters of POUSH in Aubervilliers are the result of a collective work.

A program of animations and performances will punctuate this festive day.
